Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, on Wednesday, 28th February 2001, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor. J. R. D.
