In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 7677 of 2000 In the Matter of ADVENTE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Norfolk House, 31 St. James Square, London SW1Y 4JR, and on 18th May 1999, the Company changed its registered office to 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1X 9DF, presented on 11th December 2000 by Advente Limited by its Joint Administrators Lee Antony Manning and Gary Peter Squires of Kroll Buchler Phillips (formerly Buchler Phillips of 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1X 9DF will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7th February 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th February 2001.
