In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 3801 of 2000 In the Matter of THE HULL CITY ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the Hull City Association Football Club Limited, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is Boothferry Park, Kingston-upon-Hull HU4 6EU, presented on 6th September 2000, by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Washington VAT Office, Coniston House, Town Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7RN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7th February 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th February 2001.
