APPLICATION FOR AN ORDER AUTHORISING THE STOPPING-UP OF CUL-DE-SAC OFF WHITEKIRK CLOSE, ARDWICK, MANCHESTER

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Manchester, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Court House, Crown Square, Manchester, on Thursday, 22nd February 2001, at 2 p.m., for an Order, under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, authorising the stopping-up of the highway specified hereto on the ground that it is unnecessary. A plan showing the said highway may be inspected, without payment, at my office Room 601, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Any person who would be aggrieved by the making of the said Order may appear before the Court and make objections or representations thereto. Any person intending to attend the hearing of the application is requested to inform me, quoting Ref. L/MAM/EVD2001/00000432, before the date of the hearing of their intention to appear. S.
