Notice is given that The Friendly Societies Commission directs that with effect from 15th January 2001, the authorisation of The Grand Order of Israel and Shield of David Friendly Society (Register Number 477F) has been withdrawn as the Society has ceased to carry on insurance business. In witness whereof the common seal of the Friendly Societies Commission is hereunto fixed, and is authenticated by me, a person authorised under paragraph 13 of Schedule 1 to the Friendly Societies Act 1992, on 17th January 2001.
