In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 7679 of 2000 In the Matter of A J L CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Office, Royal Mail House, Terminus Terrace, Southampton SO14 3FD, presented on 11th December 2000 by Travis Perkins Trading Company Limited, of Lodge Way House, Lodge Way, Harlestone Road, Northampton NN5 7UG, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7th February 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
