THE BOROUGH OF STAFFORD (COTON FIELDS AND LITTLEWORTH, STAFFORD) (20 M.P.H. SPEED LIMITED) ORDER 2001

The Stafford Borough Council propose to make the above Order in exercise of their powers under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed Order will be to impose a 20 m.p.h. speed limit on the roads specified in the Schedule to this notice. Full details of the proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the restricted area and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined in the Central Services Department, during normal office hours. Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be submitted in writing to the undersigned by not later than 9th February 2001. A. R.
