NOTICE OF PERMANENT RESTRICTION
(40 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) (B5437 CLAWDD PONCEN, CORWEN) 2001

Denbighshire County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under sections 82(2), 83(2) and 84(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be that no person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the proposed Order, together with a map showing the length of road to which the proposed Order relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Corwen One Stop Shop, London Road, Corwen, and at Russell House, Churton Road, Rhyl, during normal office hours. Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 20th February 2001. Schedule Length of Road in Corwen in the County of Denbigh B5437 from a point 78 metres south-east of the southern kerbline of the A5104 for a distance of 1,200 metres in a south easterly direction (measured along the eastern kerbline).

(A5104/B5437 TYNEWYDD JUNCTION, CORWEN) (DE-RESTRICTION) ORDER 2000

Denbighshire County Council hereby gives notice that they propose subject to the consent of the Secretary of State for Wales to make an Order under sections 82(2) and 83(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be that the length of road specified in the Schedule to this notice will be de-restricted and will therefore not be subject to a speed limit other than the national limit. A copy of the proposed Order, together with a map showing the lengths of road to which the proposed Order relates and a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Corwen One Stop Shop, London Road, Corwen, and at Russell House, Churton Road Rhyl, during normal office hours. Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 20th February 2001. Schedule Lengths of Road in Corwen in the County of Denbigh A5104 from a point 90 metres south-west of the southern kerbline of the B5437 for a distance of 186 meters in a north-easterly direction (measured along the centre line of the A5104). B5437 from a point 60 metres north-west of the northern kerbline of the A5104 for a distance of 146 metres in a south-easterly direction (measured along the centre line of the B5437). I. K.
