THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES PROPOSED VEHICULAR PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN HAMPTON COURT ROAD

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames propose to make an Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order will be to upgrade existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow lines applying at any time in Hampton Court Road, on its south side, outside the following properties: Glanmire House, Bay Tree House, Clarence House, Swan House and Tower House. Copies of the draft Order, plan and statement of reasons can be inspected at Hampton Branch Library, Rosehill, Hampton and the Civic Centre, (2nd Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham, between 9.15 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays, for a period of 21 days from the date of this notice. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Highways and Transport, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ, within 21 days of the date of this notice, giving the grounds of their objection.
