In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Liverpool District Registry.  No. 1304 of 2000 In the Matter of ABLECOURSE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Willowbrook House, 25 Church Street, Nassington, Peterborough, presented on 14th December 2000 by HM Customs and Excise Chesterfield, of Chesterfield VAT Office, Dents Chambers, New Square, Chesterfield, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on 5th February 2001, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 4th February 2001.
