THE BEXLEY (SIDCUP STATION AREA) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200 

Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley, propose to make the above-mentioned Traffic Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of, and Part 1 of Schedule 9 to, the Local Government Act 1985. The Bexley Bus Stop Clearway (No Stopping Except Buses) (No. ) Traffic Order 200X would introduce “At any time” bus stop clearway restrictions at the bus stops in Hurst Road (Station Road to Penhill Road) in the London Borough of Bexley. The Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No. ) Traffic Order would introduce “At any time” waiting restictions in part of Hurst Road (Station Road to Penhill Road). The Bexley (Sidcup Station Area) (Parking Places) Amendment No. ) Traffic Order 200X would amend the free parking place in the south side of Hurst Road (just west of Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School) in the Sidcup Station Area Controlled Parking Zone. Copies of the Orders, The Bexley Bus Stop Clearway (No Stopping Except Buses) Traffic Order 1997 (and the Orders that have amended that Order; The Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1991 (and the Orders that have amended that Order); and The Bexley (Sidcup Station Area) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 1994 (and the Orders that have amended that Order); together with plans showing the length of road to which the Orders relate, and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, at The Information Centre, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB; and Reception, Wyncham House, Longlands Road, Sidcup. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof to the Chief Engineer, London Borough of Bexley, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB, within the above-mentioned 21 days. Persons objecting to the proposed Orders should be aware that in view of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, this Council would be legally obliged to make any comments received to this notice, open to public inspection.
