By a Deed dated 12th January 2001, Sun Life Assurance Society Plc is assigning all its interest as a Limited Partner to the other Limited Partner Axa Equity & Law Life Assurance Society PLC. As a result of this assignment, Sun Life Assurance Society PLC, ceases to be a Limited Partner of the Atlantic Industrial Partnership.
