No. 7693 of 2000 In the Matter of JT ORANGE LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit C1, Copers Cope Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 1NR, presented on 11th December 2000 by Independent Paper Limited, Bourncrete House, Bonham Drive, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3RY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7th February 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6th February 2001.
