The Mayor and Commonalty and Citizens of the City of London hereby give notice that it has made an Order entitled “The Stopping-up of Highways (City of London) (No. 3) Order 2000”, under section 247 of the above Act, authorising the stopping-up of parts of St. Paul’s Churchyard, Ludgate Hill and Ave Maria Lane, London E.C.4. Copies of the Order and relevant plan may be inspected, between the hours of 9.15 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, at the offices of the Corporation of London, Guildhall, Basinghall Street, London EC2P 2EJ, or may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Town Clerk, Corporation of London, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ, quoting Ref. PC 503. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or that any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 16th January 2000, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
