THE NEWHAM (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 53) ORDER 2001
LITTLE ILFORD RESIDENTIAL HAVEN

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Newham, on 8th January 2001, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order will be to impose new restrictions on waiting and loading “at any time” (double yellow lines and double loading blips) by vehicles in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 15th January 2001, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, are available for inspection, during normal office hours until 6 weeks from the date on which the Order comes into force on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the offices of the Director of Environment, 25 Nelson Street, East Ham, London E6 6EH. Copies of the Order may be obtained from this address. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. Church Road : (a) the north side: (i) between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 159 and 161 Church Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 165 and 167 Church Road; (ii) between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 245 and 247 Church Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 263 and 265 Church Road; (b) the south side: (i) between the south-western kerb-line of Dersingham Avenue and a point 1.7 metres north-east of a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 138 and 140 Church Road; (ii) between the south-westernmost boundary of No. 132 Church Road and the north-eastern kerb-line of St. Winefride’s Avenue; (iii) between the eastern kerb-line of Browning Road and a point 20 metres east of that kerb-line; (iv) between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 48 and 50 Church Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 36 and 38 Church Road; (v) between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 32 and 34 Church Road and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 101 and 103 Church Road. Dersingham Avenue, between the north-western kerb-line of Church Road and a point 18.3 metres north of that kerb-line (measured on the west side). Fourth Avenue, the north-east side, between a point 10 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Vernon Avenue and a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Vernon Avenue. Little Ilford Lane: (a) the east side, between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 59 and 61 Little Ilford Lane and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 73 and 75 Little Ilford Lane; (b) the west side, between a point opposite the northernmost wall of No. 70 Little Ilford Lane and a point opposite the southernmost wall of No. 52 Little Ilford Lane. Morris Avenue, between the south-eastern kerb-line of Church Road and a point 18.3 metres south-east of that kerb-line. Sheringham Avenue, between the south-eastern kerb-line of Church Road and a point 18.3 metres south-east of that kerb-line.
