A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting the Joint Liquidator’s report dated 8th January 2001 and the receipts and payments account for the period of the Liquidation. The Meeting will be held at The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, on 9th March 2001, and 10 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me, not later than 4 p.m. on the working day preceding the Meeting, to enable you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
