Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Kakouris & Michaelides, of 43 Blackstock Road, London N4 2JF, on Friday, 16th February 2001, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m., 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
