Notice of Intended Dividends

I, Ian Brown, of Deloitte & Touche, Gainsborough House, 34-40 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6AE, Liquidator of Bishops Pharmaceuticals Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (“the Company”) hereby give notice to all Creditors of the Company, pursuant to Rule 11(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare an Interim Dividend on 16th February 2001. Any Creditor of the Company wishing to prove in the Liquidation that has not already done so should lodge a proof of debt at the above address by no later than 2nd February 2001. I.
