Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of their debt to the offices of Kroll Buchler Phillips, 1 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WR, not later than 12 noon on 18th January 2001.
