PROPOSED 20 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT IN HOSPITAL BRIDGE ROAD, WHITTON

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make a Traffic Order under section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 m.p.h. speed limit in the length of Hospital Bridge Road, Whitton, lying between the common boundary of Nos. 203 and 205 Hospital Bridge Road and the common boundary of Nos. 214 and 216 Hospital Bridge Road. Copies of the draft Order, of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of a plan showing the road or lengths of road affected by the Order may be inspected at the Civic Centre, (2nd Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham, between the hours of 9.15 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays; or the Heathfield Branch Library, Percy Road, Whitton. Persons desiring to object to the proposals should write to the Head of Highways and Transport, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ, within 21 days of the date of this notice, giving the grounds of their objection.
