At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Gibson Booth, 12 Victoria Road, Barnsley S70 2BB, on 3rd January 2001, at 10 a.m., the following Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Edward Christopher Wetton, of the firm of Gibson Booth, 12 Victoria Road, Barnsley S70 2BB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” G.
