At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at St. George’s House, 6 St. George’s Way, Leicester LE1 9GB, on 5th January 2001, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David John Watchorn of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.” P.
