M4 JUNCTION 12-14 MOTORWAY SIGNAL TRIAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT: DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, TRANSPORT AND THE REGIONS UNDER SECTION 105A(3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to install new motorway signals on the M4 between junction 12 and 14, which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980, is not subject to an environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.
