NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by RJB Mining (UK) Ltd, Harworth Park, Blyth Road, Harworth, Doncaster DN11 8DB, for consent to discharge site drainage and pumped void water from the proposed Park Brook Reclamation Site (former High Moor Colliery), Killamarsh into Park Brook and Smithy Brook at National Grid Ref. SK 4668 7965 and SK 4723 7879 respectively. Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, for the attention of Peter Baker, not later than 22nd February 2001. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the local Environment Agency office at Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. up to 22nd February 2001.
