Booth & Co., 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, on 13th February 2001, at 2.45 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
