NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Petroplus Tankstorage Milford Haven Limited, of Waterston, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire SA73 1DR, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from former MoD reservoirs at National Grid Ref. SM 9235 0511 at the former RNAD Milford Haven. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 75 cubic metres per hour, maximum 1,000 cubic metres per day, maximum 365,000 cubic metres (between 1st January and 31st December each year). The water will be used for industrial process water. A copy of the application, plans and documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Petroplus Tankstorage Milford Haven Limited between 31st January and 28th February 2001.
