At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Emerald House, 20 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8PH, on 4th January 2001, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that K. J. Watkin be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” A. J. Branson, Director
