Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that M. C. Bowker, of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, York House, 15 Clifford Street, York YO1 9RG, was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 21st December 2000. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator on or before 31st January 2001. If so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitor, Creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice.
