NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 1—SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10, Section 1(4) of the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995—Schedule 22) that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Bass Taverns Ltd., Cape Hill, PO Box 27, Birmingham B16 0PQ, for consent to discharge up to 12 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to a soakaway at National Grid Reference SJ 8237 8292, from the Sewage Treatment Plant serving the Oversley Hotel, Moreley, near Wilmslow, Cheshire. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Planning and Customer Services, Appleton House, 430 Birchwood Boulevard, Warrington WA3 7WD, not later than 21st February 2001, quoting reference S/105/P/2000. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address during office hours, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M. Armstrong, Authorisations Officer 3rd January 2001.
