THE BROMLEY (BUS STOP CLEARWAY) (NO. 2) ORDER 1997 (AMENDMENT) (NO. 11) ORDER 2001

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley, on 5th January 2001, made the above-mentioned Order under the provisions of sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of, and Part I of Schedule 5 to, the Local Government Act 1985, Schedules 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 15th January 2001.
The general effect of the Scheme will be as stated in the notice of proposal published in The London Gazette dated 13th December 2000, Issue No. 56057, Ref. (485).
A copy of the Order may be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order, at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
