Notice is hereby given that David Malcolm Walker and Malcolm Edward Fergusson, both of BKR Haines Watts, First Floor, Park House, Park Square West, Leeds LS1 2PS, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 19th December 2000. Creditors are required on or before 31st January 2001, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts or claims, to the Liquidators, and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidators, personally or by their Solcitiors, to come in and prove their debts as such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
