Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at Sidcup House, 12-18 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent DA15 7EX, on 5th March 2001, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidators acts and dealings and of the winding-up and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. S.
