At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 17 Yardley Park Road, Tonbridge, Kent, on 31st December 2000, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That Nordic Capital Limited be wound up voluntarily, and that George Ronald Kennedy, of No. 1 Paddock Close, London SE3 0ES (the “Liquidator”) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up.” M.
