Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 7th December 2000 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 12th December 2000, PATRICIA YVETTE BARRINGTON, of 16 Embassy Road, Lower Swanwick, Southampton SO15 7DM, a divorced person and a British citizen by birth, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the name of Patricia Yvette Smith and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the name of Patricia Yvette Barrington instead of the name of Patricia Yvette Smith so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Patricia Yvette Barrington exclusively.
