Notice is hereby given that I, SONIA AUDREY ELWES, of Stable Cottage, The Old Rectory, Lydlinch, Dorset, formerly called and known by the name of Sonia Audrey Taylor, a citizen in the United Kingdom by birth, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, give public notice that, on 18th September 2000, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my surname of Sonia Audrey Taylor and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Sonia Audrey Elwes and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 18th September 2000 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14th December 2000.
