Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Stonham.Co, 17-19 Lyon Street West, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 1BY, on 8th February 2001, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 11 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at 17-19 Lyon Street West, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 1BY, no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day. The following Resolutions will be proposed at the Meetings: 1. That the Joint Liquidators’ Proposed Final Receipts and Payments account be adopted and the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration totalling £51,523 be approved. 2. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to conclude the winding-up of the Liquidation forthwith. 3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to destroy the books and records of the Company 15 months after the date of the Final Meeting.
