(t/a Information Dynamics) Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers, 8 Prince’s Parade, St. Nicholas Place, Liverpool L3 1QJ, on 9th February 2001, at 1.30 p.m., to be followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors at 2 p.m. for the purposes mentioned in Section 106 of the said Act, i.e., having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.
