Notice is hereby given that Simon M. Gwinnutt, of Smith Cooper, Majority House, 51 Lodge Lane, Derby DE1 3HB, and Andrew Appleyard, of Smith & Williamson, No. 1 St. Swithin Street, Worcester WR1 2PY, were appointed Joint Liquidators by the Creditors of On-Line Support Limited on 18th December 2000. The Creditors of the above-named Company, are required, on or before 31st March 2001, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to Simon M. Gwinnutt, Smith Cooper, Majority House, 51 Lodge Lane, Derby DE1 3HB, the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators, either by their Solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
