EXTINGUISHMENT OF HIGHWAY RIGHTS
LAND ADJOINING SANDLECOURT, ROCKBOURNE ROAD, SANDLEHEATH

Notice is hereby given that Hampshire County Council proposes to make application to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Courthouse, Pikes Hill, Lyndhurst, on Thursday, 8th February 2001, at 2 p.m., for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, extinguishing highway rights over a portion of land adjoining Sandlecourt, Rockbourne Road, Sandleheath, which is surplus to highway requirements. A plan showing coloured blue the area of highway the subject of the application has been deposited at Sandleheath Post Office, Sandleheath, near Fordingbridge, where it may be inspected during usual office hours. On the hearing of the application the applicant authority, any person to whom notice is required to be given under paragraph 1 of the Twelfth Schedule to the Highways Act 1980, any person who uses the highway and any other person who would be aggrieved by the making of the Order applied for, shall have the right to be heard.
