Mills, of Smith & Williamson, No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, were appointed Joint Administrative Receivers of the above-named Company by Barclays Bank PLC under the powers conferred in a debenture dated 24th August 1992 containing fixed and floating charges over the trade and the assets of the Company.
