Meetings of Creditors

CARRERA TECHNOLOGY LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter is to be held at New Garden House, 78 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JA, on 9th January 2001, at 11 a.m. The Resolutions to be considered are to consider and if thought fit, to approve our statement of proposals as Joint Administrators under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986; to consider whether or not to establish a Creditor’s Committee; to authorise the Joint Administrators’ remuneration; and any other business. The proxy form should be completed and returned to me at New Garden House, 78 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JA, by 12 noon on 8th January 2001, if you cannot attend the meeting and wish to be represented. In order to be entitled to vote at the Meeting, you must give to me details in writing of your claim.
