In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Manchester District Registry.  No. 1640 of 1999 In the Matter of ASP ENTERPRISES LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Kings Business Centre, 90-92 King Edward Road, Nuneaton, presented on 9th December 1999 by Mohammed Younis Raja, 5 Bamford Way, Rochdale, Lancashire OL11 5NA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, Queen Elizabeth II Law Courts, Derby Square, Liverpool, on 10th January 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 9th January 2001.
