In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 4492 of 2000 In the Matter of PRIME FOODS and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 Petition to wind up Prime Foods, a Partnership whose principal place of business is 118 Tooting High Street, Greater London SW17 0RR, presented on 20th July 2000 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, Surrey CR9 3RQ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 17th January 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
