TRILLIUM INVESTMENTS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given that the limited partnership interests in Trillium Investments Limited Partnership, a partnership carring on the business of investing in partnerships and companies involved in real property and real property related assets and the provision of serviced accommodation whose principal place of business is at Bastion House, 140 London Wall, London EC2Y 1BN, (registered number LP5664) (“the Partnership”) formerly held by Mychand Central LP Limited, W9/PPM CI, Archon/PPM CI, Megaworld Technology Limited and Shaftesbury Properties Limited (as limited partners) were transferred to Trillium Investments GP Limited (being the general partner) (“TIGPL”) by transfers dated 28th November 2000. As a result of the transfers detailed above, TIGPL holds the interests of all former partners in the Partnership which is therefore dissolved with immediate effect.
