Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, on 1st February 2001, at 10.30 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company. A proxy form must be lodged with me by noon on 31st January 2001 to entitle you to vote at the Meeting. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her and such a proxy need not be a Member.
