Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above Companies will be held at RSM Robson Rhodes, 186 City Road, London EC1V 2NU, on 31st January 2001, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators, showing the manner in which the windings-up have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
