Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, we, Peter W. Engel and John W. Davies, of Solomon Hare Business Rescue, Oakfield House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company, on 30th November 2000, by the Members and Creditors of the Company.
