COMPULSORY PURCHASE OF LAND IN BLISWORTH

Notice is hereby given that South Northamptonshire Council has prepared in draft the Sun Moon and Stars, Blisworth Compulsory Purchase Order 2000. It is about to submit this Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions for confirmation and, if confirmed, the Order will authorise South Northamptonshire Council to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of ensuring that proper steps are taken for properly preserving a listed building. A copy of the Order may be seen, at all reasonable hours, at the Council Offices, Springfields, Towcester, Northants NN12 6AE. Any objection to the Order must be made in writing to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DU, before 8th January 2001, and should state the title of the Order and the grounds of objection.
