Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Princess Court, 23 Princess Street, Plymouth PL1 2EX, on 15th January 2001, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 106 of the said Act, i.e. having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.
