LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 28th November 2000, PRICOA Management Partner Limited transferred to PRICOA Scottish General Partner II L.P. all of the interest held by it in PRICOA Private Capital Partners II, B L.P. (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP6520 and that with effect from 28th November 2000, PRICOA Management Partner Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
